Who We Are
HAZE HAIRCRAFT is a men's grooming brand based in Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms mean HAZE HAIRCRAFT. You can contact us at hello@hazehaircraft.com for any question about these terms.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation is our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product is out of stock, where we cannot verify delivery details, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, we will tell you by email or phone as soon as possible.
All orders are paid by cash on delivery. No advance payment is taken through the website, and we will never ask you for card details.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free on orders above रु5,000; a delivery charge of रु150 applies to smaller orders and is always shown at checkout before you confirm. We do our best to keep pricing accurate; if a price is displayed in error, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
Products
We make every effort to display products, colours and packaging accurately, but small variations can occur between batches and between screens. Product formulations are listed on each product page — always check the ingredients list if you have known allergies, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — the HAZE HAIRCRAFT name, logo, photography, product descriptions and journal articles — belongs to us and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
