When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address — the minimum we need to deliver your order and keep you updated. When you submit a contact or booking form we collect the details you choose to share. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address only.
We do not collect or store any payment card details. All orders are cash on delivery.

We use your information to fulfil and deliver orders, respond to enquiries and booking requests, send order updates, and — only if you have subscribed — send occasional newsletter emails. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Sharing
We share delivery details (name, phone number, address) with our courier partners solely so they can deliver your order. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes an unsubscribe option, or you can write to us and we will remove you immediately.
