What's the best way to reach you?

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes — visit our Wholesale page to apply for a trade account with barbershop and salon pricing.
I have not received an order confirmation.
Check your spam folder first. If it is still missing after an hour, contact us with your name and phone number and we will confirm manually.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled any time before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Do you deliver across Nepal?
Yes — we deliver nationwide with cash on delivery available in most districts. Remote areas may carry a small courier surcharge, calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Kathmandu Valley typically arrive in 1–2 business days. Outside the valley, delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your district.
Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Each product page lists the hair types it is formulated for, and our Find Your Routine quiz can match you to the right products in under a minute.
Can I return a product if it does not work for me?
We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Contact us and we will arrange collection or a refund.

What ingredients are in HAZE products?
HAZE products are formulated with natural ingredients including jojoba oil, kaolin clay, beeswax, rosemary extract, and vitamin E.
Are there any parabens or sulfates?
No. HAZE products are free from parabens, sulfates, and harsh chemicals.
Orders
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all orders over रु5,000. For orders under that, a flat रु150 delivery fee applies at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, please contact us for a return.

Yes. Our range is designed to work across most hair types — Hair Clay for medium to thick hair, Texture Powder for volume, and Hair Pomade for structured, polished styles.
Are the products tested on animals?
No. HAZE is cruelty-free. We never test on animals.
